Maxine Daniels Speaks Out About Her Relationship With R.Kelly

Maxine Daniels Speaks Out About Her Relationship With R.Kelly

Maxine Daniels visited the Sun-Times office for her first-ever interview. Here’s what she had to say about her relationship with R. Kelly:

“The statement that was issued by R. Kelly’s camp to TMZ, which I interpreted as an attempt to defame Regina and George Daniels, my dad and stepmom, has made it necessary for me to respond to some of those accusations: I take full responsibility for my actions. My stepmother and father didn’t know about my relationship with the singer because I knew and he knew that they wouldn’t approve … so I tried to keep it a secret, but when my stepmother found out about our relationship, she resigned because she felt that Rob had ‘crossed the line’ by dating a girl that he has known since she was 7 years old. My stepmom was not fired for incompetence. She was Rob’s publicist for 14 years and always considered Rob not just a client … but family. And Rob thought of my dad like a father.

“I am 21, smart and will be graduating from college this year, but I admit that I was swept up by his charming and generous ways, which I truly regret and have learned from. My brief relationship with Kelly last year ended because my parents were starting to hear rumors that we were together, and I was beginning to feel like it wasn’t a healthy situation, especially with the pain it was causing me and my family,” Maxine said. “I felt that it just wasn’t right. Also, in reference to my birthday party, which was held last spring, Regina did not push Rob to host the party. We both asked him … and he readily agreed.” [continue reading]

Robert "Crossed The Line"

Robert “Crossed The Line”

My hate will not cease until this man is behind bars. And I thank you.

After the resignation of Kelly’s longtime publicist, Regina Daniels, her husband, music retailer George Daniels, speaks out about Kells’ inappropriate relationship with their daughter.

“He crossed the line with my daughter,” Daniels told local Los Angeles radio station KJLH. “It didn’t get to the extreme of that [sex tape] video or else I wouldn’t be here, if you know what I’m talking about.”

In November, Regina Daniels released a press release indicating that Kelly “crossed a line that forever altered the scope of our relationship.” Now, George Daniels tells KJLH that Kells took advantage of his then 21-year-old daughter.

“When you’re 21, and if you’ve been there already like I’ve been many years ago, you’re still 15 to 16 mentally,” Daniels added. “You’re vulnerable.”

Daniels and his wife ultimately got the truth from their daughter after much hearsay and speculation, but when Daniels questioned Kelly on the issue, he got a different story.

“He denied it,” Daniels said. “He lied to me to my face.”

Despite the private nature of the issue, Daniels said he has decided to speak out for the sake of other families.

“The reason that I’m talking abut this, it’s not just for me, it’s not for my wife, it’s not for my daughter, but it’s for the public,” Daniels said. “It’s for other fathers and mothers, because it doesn’t have to be a superstar, it could be the dude on the corner. There are guys who sit around and give your child a couple of bucks to go to school and then wait until they get a little older, then they set that trap. See, so I’m doing this really for everyone.” [continue reading]

You Must Learn

I know I’m late on this but I just saw this on ESPN yesterday during a late night caking session with The Dealer.

Pacman Jones just can’t seem to stay his simple ass out of the strip club. A Nashville woman is alleging that he served her ass up with a two piece and biscuit at Body Tap in ATL.

. . . According to the Associated Press, in the latest alleged incident, the Fulton County Magistrate Office said that Wanda S. Jackson, an attorney, asked for an arrest warrant after an altercation at the Atlanta club. [That’s right, ya’ll cousin picked the right one to fux with this time, a damn LAWYER. Great choice! – – Fresh] Jackson claims she was at the club’s office when Jones, who was angry, accused managers of stealing his money and bracelet.

“I was sitting in the office and he lunged at me numerous times in an effort to do grave bodily harm,” Jackson wrote in the warrant application filed Jan.7. “Veronica Jones, an owner, went into the hall to deal with a member of his entourage. I followed to gawk. He was in the hall, surprisingly reached over or around a security guard and sucker punched me in my left eye.”

Jackson’s application will be reviewed Feb. 8, and a determination will be made whether the arrest warrant will be filed.

Regarding Urbanski’s lawsuit, Dushoff said, “I just spoke to Adam Jones’ attorney and he is accepting service on his behalf and we will go forward with the case against him. We’ve had a difficult time locating Mr. Jones and we were finally able to get him at least through his attorney.”

Dushoff said the shooter, when that person is identified, will also be sued.

Jones has been promised a sentence of one year of probation. He was called an “inciter” of the fighting inside the club. [source]

Leave The Children At Home

Hooray, Chester’s Double Up Tour breezed through Oakland last Saturday. Can somebody explain to me what that root box mardi gras doll hanging around neck is all about? I vote no.

In related news, R. Kelly avoided arrest Thursday by showing up in court, but the judge presiding over his child pornography case said he’ll consider revoking the singer’s bond despite his excuse: that police made him late. This momofucka right here. Always blaming somebody else for his fuck ups.

Warrant Issues for R. Kelly’s Arrest

Warrant Issues for R. Kelly’s Arrest

TMZ has confirmed that a judge issued a bench warrant for singer R. Kelly — because he did not show for a court hearing today in Chicago.

We’re told Kelly’s tour bus was delayed in Utah, so he was a no show. The judge in his child pornography case issued the warrant but won’t enforce it just yet. But if R. Kelly doesn’t show up tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM, the judge will tell the fuzz to arrest his butt.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Cook County prosecutors pressed the judge, noting he had already shown considerable leeway in letting Kelly travel outside Illinois. “This is just an abuse of the process. It’s disrespectful of your honor,” said Assistant State’s Attorney Shauna Bolicker. [source]

Fuck Robert

The Internet is on fire with rumors surrounding R. Kelly and the daughter of Regina Daniels, the singer’s longtime publicist who suddenly and mysteriously quit her post saying only that a line had been crossed.

Talk around the black blogosphere Wednesday suggests that Daniels abruptly left the job because Kelly slept with her (step) daughter, who is said to be 19-years-old. A photo of Kelly embracing the girl surfaced yesterday.

When contacted by EUR’s Lee Bailey, Regina Daniels refused to comment on the photo, or further explain her reasons for leaving the position.

“Unless you’re calling to see how I’m doing, I’m still not going to comment on R. Kelly. I’ve said all I have to say,” Daniels told Bailey. She also said that if her husband, veteran music retailer George Daniels, wants to comment, Bailey can talk to him.

Bailey called George Daniels, who also said “no comment,” but clarified: “Bottom line is [R. Kelly] crossed a certain line with me and my wife that you shouldn’t cross. I respect his talent. You can’t deny he’s a talented person. But beyond that, everything else is just gone.”

Daniels also affirmed that Kelly “never put his hand on Regina, or nothing like that.” When asked if he is aware of Wednesday’s explosion of Internet rumors about their daughter, he said, “I’m aware of that, too. No comment.” [source]

This bastard right here. Something in the milk ain’t clean but I don’t have to tell you what you already know.

Okay so why does Robert look like he just pulled up to one of the ‘To Catch A Predator’ sting homes? I’m just saying. He got that “I brought the wine coolers and condoms” expression going on.

No Pictures Please

An anonymous tipster just sent in this photo of Uncle Chester walking arm in arm with his alleged new chick, Rebecca. Kellz tried to hide his face from the camera but we all know it’s you, boo. I am praying that chick is legal ’cause something in the milk ain’t clean. I know I shouldn’t go off of assumptions but I am guessing the lady in the green is her mother. So really, Rebecca, you need your mama to co-sign this shit? Maybe I am wrong but you can never be too sure when it comes to Robert.

R.Kelly – “Real Talk”

Ignant on so many levels.

When I heard the news that Kells would be hitting the road for a 39-city tour I instantly envisioned the front row clutching a clear tarp like they were at a Gallagher show. You already know why.
